It is my birthday today and I have decided to go off the grid at home. I havent had a tv for years and am about to cancel my internet at home:) I wonder what dramatic astrological exchanges have pushed me to do it. I have been thinking about it for a while but quite literally out of the blue I stated it and am gonna do it right after this post...

I have Aries Moon and Mars so I think perhaps the Aries Uranus influence? Also Saturn is conjunct my Pluto and thought about things(distractions/addictions) that are impeding me from living my life are seriously being looked at. My keyword right now is Alive. What makes me feel ALIVE! And the internet at home has become more of a distraction rather than a tool. I have internet at work so I can always use it there on breaks.

I want to use my energy and time toward my creative pursuits, not being plugged into the machine:)
I am so excited for this experiment to begin, so at that I think it is the best gift I could ever give myself...Adieu internet, you are not welcome in my space any longer lol...

So with the Sun conjunct my Sun I am hoping to reveal my potential

very cool! i secretly wish to be off the grid someday, maybe when we live upcountry maui in retirement ; )

we did have that new moon solar eclipse in cancer which touched home, foundations of home, land, family, etc...looks like it really zapped a part of your chart. yeah, i would be interested in uranus' role, doesn't uranus rule electricity and electrocution?

happy birthday! i just love how the birthday sun just makes us radiate and light up! does that make you a late degree cancer? i was reading htat the last decante of cancer is highly spiritual, so there you go, spirit all lit up in your gorgeous bod & electrifying everything!

I went off the grid (after my rabbit chomped my computer cord and same day I went to the apple store to replace and then bag with new cord was stolen) decided maybe fate was saying to put the computer aside. So I've been off the grid at home for 4 months now and it's been an incredibly productive time. I now check my emails the old (OLD) fashioned way, by visiting the public library. I think eventually I will get my computer back up, but I'm still enjoying the detox. It's been great. I wish you luck and creativity! BTW - GREAT NYtimes article this week on this subject: Tweet Less, Kiss More.

Ive been so busy havent even had time to be missing it lol...

Hiking and Swimming and Painting and being creative...ALL is wonderfully going as planned YAY
Even went on a date whoop...lol
