WOA Mars stationing to retrograde (Virgo)

I've been curious how this Mars station would manifest in my life.

A previous Mars station in Taurus sat on my 4th cusp and we moved.

this time, Mars is sextile my midheaven and at work we had some very intense news today. I work in a small department of a larger entity. We have had a temporary worker help us full time for well over a year now and we have needed her 40 hours a week.

Today we found out she probably won't get hired on, and two of us will have to go back to doing what we used to do: sharing the work of three people. It sucks when someone is on vacation or sick because it's so busy that the stress is palpable.

My blood pressure went up a huge notch when I heard the news.

How is this one for you?

I have a cold I can't get rid of and I recently lost a package of something (see my horary question on horary forum) and am having some ambivalence in my love life. I also paid off my credit card debt and finished a major writing project.

Mars is stationing near the end of my first house opposite my natal Mercury (which has Chiron and Neptune piled on it at the moment). We'll see what happens after it goes direct. It mostly went through my 2nd house and I had TONS of expenses this year.
