Will he choose a relationship with me?

Hi,

I'm very much in love with a man and he has feelings for me too. However he is in an other relationship and it seems that he can't make up his mind whether he is going to break up with his fiancé and have a relationship with me or stay in the other relationship. About two weeks ago he told me he would break up with her and be with me, but the next day he changed his mind. When we met last Sunday he told me that he loves me and that he wants to be with me, but he didn't make it clear whether he had broken up with his fiancé and intended to choose a real relationship with me. This situation is very confusing and despairing and it feels like I'm in a limbo. Also there is a lot of confusion connected to his engagement to the other woman. She lives in an other town and he's kept the relationship secret for most of his friends. He didn't even tell me about it until I heard him talking about it to his best friend when he thought I was asleep.

My question is: Will he choose a relationship with me? I asked the question on May 28th 2011, 19:08 in Oslo, Norway. The chart is attached below.

The Ascendant is 09 Scorpio and Moon is 20 Aries. Mars the ruler of the Ascendant (me) is conjunct Venus the ruler of the 7th (him) and they are both in the 7th house of relationships. Venus is dignified in its own sign Taurus, but Mars is in its fall. Venus and Mars are also conjuncting Mercury, the ruler of the 10th and 8th houses. The Moon (me) is in the 5th house of romance and it only makes one aspect that's within orb, a trine to North Node in Sagittarius in the 2nd house. However it is also widely (8 dgs orb) conjuncting Jupiter in the 6th house. Since the rulers of the 1st and 7th are conjunct in the 7th house, it looks to me like the answer of the question would be yes. And with Venus (him) applying to a conjunction with Mercury the ruler of the MC, could this indicate that he's going to make his decision and our relationship public (MC)?

And what about timing? The Moon's applying conjunction to Jupiter has an orb of 8 degress. Would that mean 8 days, weeks or months until he chooses a relationship with me?

What do you think? There might be other factors that I've overlooked so I'd be very grateful if you could help me:-)

In my opinion No.
Here is why. You are Ma in 7 house, so you are in his power. Ve, his main significator, is also firmly placed in the seventh house and is quite comfortable there in its own sign. This shows that he is enjoying the current situation and therefore doesn't have the motivation to change.
In horary astrology we need applaying aspect for future event. But here, we do not have it, becuse Ve is faster then Ma and Ma can not reasch her. Also Moon, your co significator, separate from Ve, so all point to NO answer.

I agree with analysis which is already made, I will just add that saturn conect as third planet your's cosignificators but here chance is not more than 50% and if it happend it will be for short time and just on phisical level,and probably you will regret it,or soon it will be separation among you two.
Even if I look at other way (even your question is not asked this way) Will he broke up with her?
Again answer is No becouse than you are not involved he is signified by Mars and he is into her and he is in rulership of her sign so he love her with deep feelings.
