Repetitive nightmares of my love ones dying.

I've been getting the same kind of nightmares since childhood (I'm 21 right now). The dreams are always someone in my family dying...it's not bloody and gory but it's always very tragic and I do wake up crying very hard. A lot of the times I'll even have these nightmares 3 to 5 nights in a row, each nightmare with one of my family member tragically passing away and I'll wake up from the dream just bawling out of my mind.

Like once this happened in 4 consecutive nights and every one of my family members died (4 of them). And then after the 4th night, the nightmares stopped for that instance...

I want to know why I keep getting these nightmares, it really affects my mood during the day and I always remember them very clearly.
