Ways to get the ball rolling
Some folks are stumped as to how to have a fruitful discussion without interpreting charts for each other, or offering advice. Here are some ideas.

"Random Charts"

"Mystery Charts"
Isthmus Nekoi Wrote:I ran regular "guess this famous person's chart" threads that were quite popular and fun. Basically, I'd show a chart, and give a multiple choice of famous people within the same generation. Members were encouraged to comment on the chart at their level and pure guessing (which would not be educational) was not allowed.
"Reverse Astrology"

We could even form into teams and have a sort of competition between the different branches of astrology methodology to see which theory was best able to explain and why?
You don't have to wait for someone else to start the party. Go ahead and spark your own discussion!

You can always use famous people or even your friends as examples. You are welcome to use yourself as an example to illustrate some astrological principle as well, as long as you aren't asking for advice.

If you have any other fun astrological games, feel free to get the ball rolling on them too. If we like your idea, we'll add it to the list above.
