bbcode On ?

I'm so confused. When I post I see that it says I have bbcode on. But I don't have any links to the smilies, I don't seem to have the ability to quote.
I thought I followed everything correctly, but it is not there.

Hi tracy..

I'm sorry you're having trouble. BBcode is on, but it's not point and click like on the old forum. You have to type in the codes yourself. If you click the BBcode link underneath the text input area, a new window should open with the codes you need to type to make it work.

Same goes for the smilies.

If you tried and it's just not working for you, then I don't know what to tell you; it works fine for me. It must be some setting on your computer or in your browser that's keeping the codes from working.
