Dear Members,

This is just to clarify-- It is perfectly ok to ask for a dream interpretation or interpret someone's dream on this forum. It is not against the forum rules.

Happy dreaming, Angel

I had an unsettling dream last night. I have been wondering how much of out chart is really us and how much is taught; you know, nature vs. nurture. Well, I dreamed last night if I didn't do what my father wanted, I wouldn't graduate college. I only needed one class to graduate and I rememeber thinking "Fine, FU, I wont finish." (my chart is full of squares) I began thinking of our past this morning. He was always there to pull the carpet out from underneath my feet if he didn't get his way, especially when I was getting close to something I wanted and worked hard for. To this day, I learned to cut my own nose off to spite my face. I find him to be such a #***a!! but he's my father, so I love him. Coming down from a hard brake up, I see that I had that same dynamic in my relationship that I have with my father. Maybe I am finally getting over this last relationship and heading off on my own again. I was so much in love but it was so wrong. I'm not exactly happier now but know I am better off. The dream, ??? Who knows?

When we dream our subconscious mind is acting out the way it WANTS to be. We may see other people doing things, but they are actually ourselves also. In your dream, I think your subconscious or your spirit is acting out on what it wants to do. Some parents, especially old school ones, forget that we are all spirits in a material world, and we must allow our spirit(s) to guide us in our own path.
I just realized how old your post is. I'd like to know what has happened since.
